My fitness journey began at 24, in my living room with just a pair of 5lb dumbbells. Those humble beginnings led me to where I am today — as a coach and personal trainer passionate about helping other women transform their lives through fitness, mindful nutrition, and a resilient mindset. I know how powerful it is to reconnect with yourself, especially during life’s busiest seasons.
Motherhood changed me in ways I never imagined. After my pregnancy, I was in awe of what my body had accomplished — it created life! But I also had to rebuild myself, brick by brick, to feel strong again. When my daughter, Nylah Rae, arrived in 2023, I wasn’t just meeting her; I was meeting a whole new version of myself.
Fitness, mindful eating, and fueling a positive mindset have shaped me into the woman and mother I always wanted to be — and I’m here to help you feel the same.

Join us every other Saturday at Reid Park for Buggies and Babies!
Grab your stroller, bring your little one, and join us for a morning of fresh air and fun conversation with other moms. It's the perfect way to get active, connect, and kickstart your weekend!
We'll gather at the walkway across from Hi Corbett Field. This event is free—so feel free to bring your friends and let's get moving.
